LASH APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Please arrive promptly (no more than 5-10 minutes before your appointment time). Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule.
Please arrive without any makeup on the eye area (this includes eyeliner, mascara, or eyes shadow).
Do not wear mascara or eyeliner 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. The residue from these products will affect the retention of your extensions.
Please do not drink caffeine the day of your appointment. It may cause your eyes to flutter as well as restlessness which may affect my ability to apply lashes effectively.
LASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE
Do not wet lashes for the first 24 hours.
Do not expose lashes to extreme heat or steam within the first 24 hours.
Do not use oil-based eye products, creams or waterproof mascara.

Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler.
Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes.
We lose 2-5 natural lashes per day. Your extensions will shed with them.
To extend the life of your natural lashes please schedule fills every 2-3 weeks.
LASH CLEANSING PROCEDURE

With a rinse bottle (distilled or bottled water), rinse your lashes.
Gently pat your lashes with a tissue or paper (do not rub or use a bath towel).
Do not use cotton products (cotton balls, swabs or rounds) directly on eyelash extensions.
